SEDIMENTS Cotton thread-like - Tipa. Thick urine, warm, becomes
thicker and thicker, white sediments, low energy, tired easily, stress

Healthy Urine: Clear light-yellow, sufficient steam for
longer duration, medium sized bubbles when vigorously stirred.
Light sediment. Bubbles begin to disappear concentrically from the
peripheral to the centre, while steam begins to evaporate. Colour then
changes to whitish yellow. Melted ghee colour, Smell - not too much
odour
Unhealthy:
Bad smell, bubbles disappear quickly, lots of sediment
Seasonal, Summer - more red colour, (donít confuse with Tipa)
Red colour , quick bubbles, quickly erupting - Tipa - nature, tipa
- age, tipa - seasonal (Winter) but may be pure tipa, so check with pulse
and interrogation. Lots of bubbles arising, with sounds, much infection.
Students' samples:
No bubbles, thick, yellowish colour - Tipa and fever.
Little smell and turpidity.
Yellow with slightly red tinge - inflammation present. Bubbles sound
and vanish quickly. Speed means Tipa and Heat.
Yellowish colour with reddish tinge, and bubbles both big and
