BEHAVIOUR FOR TIPA:

Patient should feel better with a cooling diet and lifestyle - rest
near a cool, breezy place, e.g. clifftops above the sea, hills and mountains,
not too much exertion.

Not too much competitive activity.

Not too much heavy activity, e.g. carrying heavy weights etc.

After eating: Tipa should sit in shade (away from heat).
-
Avoid hot showers on head, washing hair in too hot water, esp. for patients
with high blood pressure, heat problems NO saunas or steam baths.

No strenuous exercise in the sun

Avoid dwelling mentally on states which emphasise Tipa's proclivity for
aggression, hatred, pride, or a negative state of mind.
EXERCISE
Each one has own limit for exercise Lung and Tipa not too much
Colonic irrigation is good in autumn - gets rid of summer acculmulation
of BILE.
Liver and Kidneys both affected by fatigue and stress. |
