Urine

LUNG Urine: 
Whitish blue like water, large bubbles when stirred. 
  • SEDIMENTS  Hair-like - Lung, warm, becomes thicker and thicker, white sediments, low energy, tired easily, stress - also indigestion, lots of gas, pain, diarreahe, SEDIMENTS USUALLY MEAN INDIGESTION. 
  • STEAM - Unstable (moving) 
  • ODOUR - undigested food 
  • BUBBLES - Large (Yakís eyes) 
(Container, white porcelain or enanel, no red colour near, no red clothes.  White stirrer, or pale wooden stick.)
  • Sounds  mean presence of Lung (like shuf-shuf-shuf -bubbles  breaking?) 
  • Bubbles should be equal size. When some are a little larger, signifies Lung 
  • Colour - Healthy - melted ghee colour, 
  • Smell - not too much odour. 
  • Seasonal -Summer - more red colour, Winter - lighter in colour. 
  • Age of  person should be kept in mind, e.g. old-age : Lung predominates. 
(Also take pulse and interrogate patient) 

HEALTHY URINE:

  • Clear, light yellow with sufficient steam for longer duration, 
  • medium-sized bubbles when stirred vigourously. 
  • Sediments light and properly diffused. 
  • Bubbles disappear concentrically from periphery to centre, while steam evaporates. 
  • Colour of the urine then changes to lighter yellow. 
Student Samples: 
Medium bubbles, low digestive heat. Light colour - Badkhen or Lung - could be either but light colour means Lung
