BEHAVIOUR TO PACIFY:

Short nap after lunch helps to settle accumulated wind.

Pleasant conversation with like-minded friends in pleasant warm rooms
with low-lighting.

Rest, relax, stop flow of thoughts worrying, planning etc.

Meditation. Rest in the present

After eating: Lung should rest

Light exercise

Living in darkened and warm place,

enjoying peaceful conversation with friends

avoiding worrying, planning, too much thinking

meditation, or some peaceful, calming activity

exercise, such as walking, cycling in the countryside, not too much
Too much speech and wind energy is imbalanced, too little and there is
a deficiency of muscular and nervous energy
Contradicition in thought and speech - imblance and tension.
Suppression of speech creates problems
Lung arises after excess of any acitivity - walking, speech, exercise
- should never go without food at this point as Lung will spiral out of
control.
