BEHAVIOUR FOR BADKHEN:
Keep warm, sit in sun, wear warm clothes
Sedentary life creates Badkhen - very important, regular exercise
clears passages
Should not sleep during daytime
Don't take cool shower, near to cool sea breeze, high windy places
Avoid damp places
Kidney and Liver both affected by fatigue and stress.
